The Policy Repository is an interactive site for university policies that have been through the official university development and approval process and have university-wide application.
The policies on this web site, and those that may be added in the future, are the official versions of these university policies.
The policy repository is a work in progress as the comprehensive review of all university
policies continues. Policies are organized in 16 categories as noted on the menu
at the left. Some policies may be listed under more than one category but all are
searchable by keyword. Policies may contain links to related policies, forms, procedures,
other university web sites, or other information relevant to the policy and its implementation.
New policies added to this repository should follow the format indicated in the template.
Again, only policies that university-wide implications or impact should be added to
this repository. If you have questions about a policy and whether it should be added
here email Todd Hagins.
Questions about individual policies should be addressed to the responsible officer
noted under the "Policy Author" section.
The university reserves the right to exercise its judgment in establishing, administering,
and interpreting these policies. The university also reserves the right to modify,
revoke, suspend, terminate, or change any and all policies and procedures, in whole
or in part, at any time, and without notice.
